Great staff, helpful and friendly. Perfect city center location and close to metro. Spacious and clean rooms with killer views. Excellent kitchen and outdoor seating areas. Free food and affordable bar. Common room is one of the best I've seen. Free to use computers. Portuguese speaking staff if needed.

Some minor states of disrepair. Showers and toilets being repaired caused inconvenience.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the great location and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

It's very clean. Close to transportation and most places of interest. Nice people, Ricardo and Nelson are the employees that I encountered. Both are very helpful. The hostel has many international travelers. It was nice talking to them, great socialization. The living room has two public computers, very convenient.

To reach the hostel, you need to climb up a slope, then about 50-60 steps, then to reach the door, another 30 steps. So, be prepared with small/light luggage! =)

Great Location: the hostel was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. Plus, it was still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep without any disturbance. Amazing Views: the rooms had stunning views from the windows, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful cityscape right from our beds. Friendly Staff: the staff were always helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay throughout our trip.

Limited Amenities: the hostel could benefit from providing basic amenities such as hairdryers in the bathrooms and curtains for privacy in the dorm rooms. Additional Charges: It was a bit inconvenient to have to pay extra for towels and a deposit for the keys.

It's very close to most of the places that we tourists want to visit. People work there are very helpful.

Don't carry too much luggage! There are lots of stairs before you literally reach the hostel.

the stay was exceptional, especially considering my previous experience in the city. the location was perfect for exploring, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and the amenities such as hot water and wifi were consistently reliable.

There is well-wishing staff in the hostel. All staff members are well English-speaking. There is a nice lobby there with good music and free wi-fi. The hostel also has beautiful terrace and cosy kitchen.

There was no iron in the hostel during my staying there.
